Trouble with email verification?

Verification Process: When you submit your registration, the next step before logging in is to Verify your email address. Note: If there were any errors with your registration, you would not be directed to the Verify page successfully. ( If there were errors, you would see error messages, i.e., Username already taken, or Telephone Number Required, etc. )

AntiqueSpider requires that a new user verify their email address. We do this to make sure that the email address used to register a new account is a real email address and that it belongs to the registrant. After creating your free account by completing our registration form, AntiqueSpider will send you a verification email.

The email will contain a welcome message with link back to AntiqueSpider, and a unique 13 digit verification code. Click on the link contained in the email. The verification page requires that you enter in your email address, the verification code, and your password exactly as you originally created it. Passwords are case sensitive.

If you are having trouble with the email verification process, it is very unlikely that there is problem with the AntiqueSpider software.

Solution
Verification email never arrived to your email application.  The AntiqueSpider software immediately sends you an email. (You should receive that email within seconds after submitting your registration.) If you don't see an email from AntiqueSpider, the most common cause of that issue is that your email application, i.e., AOL, OUTLOOK, GMAIL, etc., has filter settings that recognized our email as SPAM, BULK MAIL, or JUNK MAIL. Additionally, your filter settings may restrict who can send you an email. Only you control those settings. If you cannot find the email it is possible that your email application deleted it.  Verification page will not complete your verification even when you enter all variables.  99% of our users who encounter this issue are entering their password into the verification page incorrectly. You may have created a case sensitive password. Please contact us if this problem can not be resolved. Contact

If the verification email is not found in any of your email folders, and you suspect that you did not receive the email at all, it is likely that your email application filter deleted our email completely! Please make sure you set mail@antiquespider.com as an allowed recipient in your email application.

Note: Passwords should be strong to protect your account from a takeover. An easy to remember password is also an easy to 'crack' password. (Password examples: 1. Strong password: 1@nzCm3yB - 2. Weak Password: john1958)
Strong passwords contain both letters, numbers, & characters.
