Relisting An Unsold Item

Start by logging into your account.
Click on the 'My Account' link at the top right of the site.
Click on 'Selling Controls', the second heading on the left hand side of the page.
Click on 'Unsuccessful'. Your unsold items will be displayed. There is a thumbnail image of the item, the item’s title, the end date, and a button 'List Similar'.
Click on 'List Similar'. The 'List Similar' process allows you to change the format of the sale, the listing category, and all details that you would add when creating the listing for the first time. Follow the listing steps to the end of the listing process - review and submit your item.

(Please note: We clean our database every 60 days to keep our memory-servers unclogged. This process removes unsold items from your 'My Account' page. )

Use the 'Auto-Relist' feature if you want the item to remain listed up to 999 times. The item can be ended at any time if need be, provided there are no bids on the item. Also the item is removed from 'Active Listings' if it sells on the site.

FINAL NOTES: Although we tested our software in many browsers, including older versions of popular browsers, the site works more efficiently in current versions of browsers, e.g., Internet Explorer version 7, Safari 4, Firefox 3, and similar.

We can not trouble shoot issues for every old browser version. There are also settings that a user creates in their browsers that would conflict with their AntiqueSpider experience. These factors may cause the site to function poorly or limit your experience on the site.
