You can easily update most of your account information on the My Account page. To do so, click on the "My Account" link on the top row of tabs. Clicking on this link will lead you to a summary of your account. The links in the column on the left side of the page will help you find information about: (1) what you are bidding on; (2) the status of your listings; (3) invoices for purchases and/or your sales; (4) trading activity; (5) feedback; and (6) account details. For information relating to your personal data such as - contact information, user ID, password, email address, account details, billing details, addresses - select the link "Account Details". From the "Account Details" page you may change your password by clicking on the link "Change Password". You may request a user name change from the administrator by clicking on "Request User Name Change". A user name change must be approved by the administrator of AntiqueSpiderFrom the "Account Details" page you may change your preferences such as: email settings for notifications, addresses & telephone numbers.Click on the "Billing Details" link to change your billing information. You may add or change credit card information to pay your invoices to AntiqueSpider.Click on the "Feedback" link to give or review feedback Under the heading "Invoices" you choose "Purchasing" to review your purchases or "Sales" to review your sales. Paying Your Bill For Fees to AntiqueSpider - Under the "Billing Details" link at the very bottom of the column, a seller will find their balance owed to AntiqeSpider for any fees incurred. The seller has the option to pay any outstanding bills by clicking on the "Make A Payment" button. Listing Status: Sellers can view a summary of Active listings, listings that are scheduled to start at a future date, Successful listings ( Sold ), Unsuccessful ( Unsold or Ended ), Traded, and your selling preferences.
